Discovery's drive shaft failure is quite common due to its design. Rover Connection offers reinforced/redesigned drive shaft for its longevity.

1. Greasable U Joints: Front driveshaft is located under the HOT catalytic converter which can accelerate the lubrication failure. Our driveshaft is now greasable (factory unit or any aftermarket shaft is not greasable), so it lasts longer with little maintenance.

2. Heavy Duty Balance Weight: Our drive shaft is balanced under factory specification with a WELDED tab. If you have issues with drive train vibration, check the balance weight to see if it is there. The weight is prone to be missing.
